An Outstanding Staff Member!

We want to congratulate our administrative assistant Jennifer Emery on recently passing the Georgia Broker’s State Licensing Exam. She completed a 60 hour broker’s pre-license course prior to sitting for the exam. She now holds an Associate Broker’s license.

Prior to this recent achievement, Jennifer has held a salesperson’s license since 2006, but participating in real estate transactions as only a referral agent since 2009.

When asked why she decided to pursue the broker designation Jennifer said, “I believe it can only help me to be a more effective team player and support person to the agents and staff at our company.”

We celebrate with her in this crowning achievement and believe it can only mean great things for Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand. We appreciate her dedication to the success of the company.
