4 Wheels 4 Terrence

Earlier this week, Grover’s buddy, Terrence Lovelace, came by the West Point office and shared his story with the agents there. Find out more after the jump!

Terrence Lovelace is 44 years old & wheelchair bound due to spinal surgery to remove a large tumor in 2000. He is attending C.S.U. in West Point, where he is taking math and computer classes. His 13 year old daughter, Kyle, lives with him in their Fuller Center home in West Point, GA. In the 3 years since they moved in, Terrence has never missed a payment.

Terrence had a handicapped equipped van that became unrepairable & has now found a 96 model Ford Econoline Van with a wheelchair lift for $4,500.00. 

CBSBD is joining with Loyd Presbyterian Church to raise enough money for a good down payment & one year’s worth of insurance. Terrence wants to be able to make payments, but just needs a little help.

A Snake in the Grass

There once was a REALTOR who became overly aggressive.
