Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand Realtors has announced the appointment of Ben Yates as the company’s new President and Qualifying Broker. Yates has more than 30 years of real estate experience, and was long-time business partner of former company president Roy Spinks, who recently passed away following a brief illness.

It shall be my commitment to our current and future clients that the same level of consistent dedication will be maintained as we move forward”, said Yates.
In addition to a new broker, the company has hired four new agents this year. James Potts, Ron Martin, Shanna Alexander and Alisa Matheny are newly licensed realtors.
