Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand Realtors has announced the appointment of Ben Yates as the company’s new President and Qualifying Broker. Yates has more than 30 years of real estate experience, and was long-time business partner of former company president Roy Spinks, who recently passed away following a brief illness.
“We are deeply saddened and still mourn the loss of Roy as our leader. He had an extraordinary talent for business and leadership, which combined with a genuine compassion for the people he worked with and served. It shall be my commitment to our current and future clients that the same level of consistent dedication will be maintained as we move forward”, said Yates.
In addition to a new broker, the company has hired four new agents this year. James Potts, Ron Martin, Shanna Alexander and Alisa Matheny are newly licensed realtors.
Established in 1973, Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand Realtors has been an industry leader in residential and commercial sales in West Georgia and East Alabama. Locally owned and operated, the company prides itself in its commitment to excellence and service. With two offices, located in LaGrange and West Point, the realty firm employs a total of 25 certified agents.
