Look Who Just Won A New iPad Air…

Here at Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand we like a little friendly competition so from May 1st through July 31st we had ourselves a listing contest. When the grand prize is a brand new iPad Air it should have been no surprise that everyone was in the race! Not only were our listing numbers through the roof but in the end nearly 30% of the listings taken during the contest period have either already sold or are currently under contract. It was a close contest and the lead agent changed many times but, in the home stretch one agent surpassed the rest so we would like to give big congratulations to Alisa Matheny who was the winner of the new iPad Air with a total of 17 listings at contest end!

Our runners up were not far behind, James Potts had 13 listings and Debbie Pitts finished with 12 listings; way to go guys!

 

Be Part of the Magic! New Website Needs Your Help!

Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand recently alerted its customers that a new website is in the works. The new site will be rolled out around the beginning of the New Year.

One of the features of the website will be the addition of more local photos. We want people to grasp the essence of LaGrange and surrounding areas when visiting our site.

You can be a part of the magic!

Today, we are beginning a contest in which the public may submit photos. The top 12 chosen will be featured on our new website. We welcome seasonal shots of neighborhoods, local attractions or events such as Christmas or July 4^th, or anything you feel defines community and the way of life here in West Georgia and East Alabama. We do ask that you not submit photos of individuals unless they are part of a large group such as a parade.

The photo should be in digital format and high quality. Please email the photo to office@spinksbrowndurand.com along with your name, address, phone number, and statement of release allowing Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand to use your photo. Unless otherwise requested, you will be given credit for the photo should it be selected.
